"What a great experience. We were passing by Baldwin on a road trip when our oil pressure warning light went on. From a few miles away, we called and spoke with Mark. He carefully asked what symptoms we were seeing, to determine if we could safely drive to his shop. We could, and he took us in, at closing time on a Friday. Mark quickly and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem, made sure we understood what had gone wrong, and how to take care of the car going forward. We were in and out in under an hour, at a very fair price, and feel like we made a friend in the process. Thanks Mark!"
