"What a great experience. We were passing by Baldwin on a road trip when our oil pressure warning light went on. From a few miles away, we called and spoke with Mark. He carefully asked what symptoms we were seeing, to determine if we could safely drive to his shop. We could, and he took us in, at closing time on a Friday. Mark quickly and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem, made sure we understood what had gone wrong, and how to take care of the car going forward. We were in and out in under an hour, at a very fair price, and feel like we made a friend in the process. Thanks Mark!"

"The summer had just began and at 8 months pregnant, the last thing I wanted was for my AC to go out in my car!! I dropped my car off and Bryce looked at it and gave me a quote. He was honest, it could be 1 of a few things but he promised he would figure it out! The next day I dropped my car off and had ice cold air that afternoon! He offered to check it again in a few weeks to make sure the system has no leaks, which I will be doing soon. Thanks so much for everything!"

"This is a great friendly,honest place to have auto repair! I live in New Auburn, WI couldn't find anyone who could work on my 1983 BMW, heard about Springborn. Drove over (about 1 1/2 hour)) they checked out the problem fixed it at a reasonable cost. I have been back for other work and will go back again! If you want your vehicle worked on this is the place to go!!"

"My pickup over heated in western Wisconsin when towing my camper across the country. After being denied at several other auto repair centers the father son team at Springborn Specialties came through. Even though it was late in the afternoon all the parts and fluids were acquired. While waiting for my truck I noticed that the technician focused on my truck instead of jumping from vehicle to vehicle. Other observations include the tools on hand to complete the job and the obvious expertise of the technician. Most of the work was performed inside the shop. However the truck was pulled outside to clean the radiator. It was then I had the chance to observe the quality of work, diligence, courtesy from every one at Springborn Specialties. I was in a little shock when given the bill because I would of been happy to pay twice the amount. I'm sure all can relate to the frustration of a vehicle breaking down out of town and having loved ones worried about you. Id like to sincerely thank all at Springborn Specialties who got me home safely."
